These Supply Terms and the connection between you and JF homes shall be administered by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan without reference to conflict of laws principles.
All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms and condition or any actions entered into on or through the Website or the link between You, and JF homes shall be subject to the independent administration of the courts at Sindh High Court and You hereby agree to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
